Should we accept the Aleksandr Dugin statements on Tourism?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUM6S8kcEZA

I just saw on You-Tube the deluded views on tourism by the Russian thinker Alexander Dugin.
According to Dugin, tourism is a depraved abomination.
For many, this opinion may seem not just primitive but also absurd.
For example no one will condemn a man with convictions, who in his charity for his neighbour would give up his summer vacation in order to help them.
It is possible to understand an ultra-conservative-family who doesn’t like the beaches and the noise of discos, trying to stay away from uncomfortable social situations.
You can accept that for recreation, it is unnecessary to travel to a far off holiday destination, when there are always alternatives nearby.
But the opinion of the Russian Ultra-traditionalist about tourism as a depraved evil, is not just an excessive xenophobic hostility to modern society. His thinking in such black-or-white is extremely damaging when such a person is pushing such extreme ideological ideals into millions of people.
As an example, in 1930’s Germany with Hilter with his rambling book Mein Kampf and the Nationalist Socialist Party.  Such tactics can be seen today being repeated with the gradual canonization of Stalin to convince the current generations that such times were a utopian dream to be restored to the whole world.
Ideological inferiority of the thinker must also appear in his provisions on other topics.
The war-monger Alexander Dugin is the enemy of "tourism" he is actually a big supporter of the militaristic-interventionalistic tourist trade.  The Little green men in uniform  according to Dugin – is the right tourist!...
How very sad and small minded !
